RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY
General information
The Valentine giveaway is a competition that runs from 14/02/2024 to 16/02/2024 and is organized by ECG Nutrition & Supplements BV, located at Truibroek 94 bus 10, 3945 Ham, registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under the number: 0880624792 (email: info@globalmedics.be, telephone: +32 (0) 13 556 106); hereinafter referred to as "the organizer".
Terms and conditions of participation
The competition is open exclusively to persons domiciled or resident in the BENELUX or France, aged 18 or over at the time of participation in the competition, with the exception of persons who have collaborated in the organization of this giveaway and their families, as well as members of staff of the organizer and/or its subsidiaries.
Access to the competition is limited to one entry per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses they have. In the event of multiple entries, particularly via different e-mail addresses, the participant will be excluded from the competition.
At all times, participants must be able to provide proof of their identity and age so that the organizer is able to control and sanction any abuse.
Participation in the giveaway implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules in their entirety. The rules are available on the following website: https://globalmedics.be/. They must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, which can be consulted on the following web page: https://globalmedics.be /global-medics-privacy-policy/ , which is considered an integral part of these rules.
These rules will be sent free of charge to any person upon written request, sent before the end of the participation period to ECG Nutrition & Supplements BV, mentioning the name of the participant and the address to which the rules should be sent.
Course of the Giveaway
In order to participate, the participant must complete the following steps by 16:00 on 19/01/2024 at the latest:
Only this way of proceeding will be considered valid for participation in the competition and the awarding of prizes. No answer, even if correct, sent later by post or any other means of communication will be taken into account in the awarding of prizes.

- Liking the competition post on the official account @global.medics
- Tagging two friends in the comments under the post
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random
- The winner will be announced on our Instagram story and in a separate post on 16/02/2024 at 5 PM.

There will be one winner.
Prizes may not be resold.
Delivery takes place in accordance with our general terms and conditions which can be consulted upon request, which is considered an integral part of these rules.
Belgian law always applies and only Belgian courts (Antwerp, Hasselt division) have jurisdiction.
